台湾の特急脱線事故で日本企業に賠償請求
らしいが、ここで
台湾北東部・宜蘭県で昨年１０月に起きた台湾鉄道（台鉄）の特急脱線事故で、
台鉄は３０日、日本車両製造（本社・名古屋市）が製造した車両のコンプレッサーなどに不具合があったとして、
車両を納入した住友商事に損害賠償を請求するとの書簡を出した。
具体的な金額は今後、住友商事側と協議するという。

ここで、行政院（内閣に相当）の「事故調査グループ」の調査によると、
運転士はコンプレッサーの故障による動力不足を解消しようとして速度管制装置を切り、
速度超過で脱線した。事故では１８人が死亡した。
なぜコンプレッサーが故障したのに、速度管制装置を切ったのか
通常考えて、その場で安全処置を取るのが普通かと思った。
指令所に連絡、代替処置、アナウンス、停止、誘導となるかと思った。
日本では、始業として始業点検とコンプレッサーの点検
通常だと聞くけど・・
始業点検していないと考えると
恐ろしい。
