中国・河南省の食品メーカーの豚肉入り冷凍水餃子からアフリカ豚コレラのウイルスが検出されたことがあきらかになったそうです

大手食品メーカー10数社の冷凍食品からもウイルスが検出されました。

問題食品は全国市場シェアの５割を占めており、専門家は問題製品の販売によって、アフリカ豚コレラの感染拡大に拍車がかかると指摘。
河南省鄭州市の食品メーカー「三全食品」が製造した豚肉入り冷凍水餃子三種から先日、アフリカ豚コレラのウイルスが検出されました。
甘粛省農業部門の検査では、「三全食品」を含む食品メーカー11社の40ロット83のサンプルからウイルスが検出されました。
この検査結果は、ネットユーザーの投稿によって、明るみに出ました。
