昨今、セブン銀行を装った不審なメールやＳＭＳ等による不正アクセスの事例が報告
不審なメールやＳＭＳでは、「セブン銀行」をイメージさせる呼称を使用し、偽のサイトへ誘導する内容

不審なメールやＳＭＳを受信した場合には、次のとおりご対応をお願いですと。

◆メールの開封や配信元への返信は行わずに削除してください。
◆メールを開封した場合も、記載のURLをクリックしたり添付ファイルを開いたりしないでください。
◆リンク先や起動した添付ファイルにパスワード等を入力したり、電話で教えたりすることは絶対にしないでください。

万が一、入力もしくは電話でパスワード等を教えてしまった場合は、すみやかにセブン銀行テレホンセンターまでご連絡ください。

In the case of suspicious emails and SMS, the content that leads to a fake site using a name that reminds you of “Seven Bank”

If you receive a suspicious email or SMS, please respond as follows:

◆ Please delete without opening the mail or replying to the distributor.
◆ Even if you open the mail, do not click on the URL or open the attached file.
◆ Never enter your password in the link or the attached file, or tell it by phone.

If you have entered your password by phone or telephone, please contact the Seven Bank Telephone Center immediately.
