本日は、自民党公認「衛藤博昭」さん（大分１区）の応援で、大分県に伺いました。
演説後に、佐藤大分県知事にお会いしました。
昨年の大分市佐賀関で発生した大規模火災への政府の対応につき、感謝のお言葉をいただきました。
佐賀関での火災において、被害に遭われた方々に、改めてお見舞いを申し上げます。
発災後間もない１１月２７日に、佐藤大分県知事や、大分２区の広瀬建さん、大分3区の岩屋毅さんらが官邸にお越しになり、被災された方々や自治体の御要望・困り事を丁寧にお伺いすることができたおかげで、関係省庁に適切な対応を検討・実行させることができました。
具体的には、
・災害救助法による炊き出し等の避難所の生活環境整備、医療・福祉サービスの提供等の被災者支援
・被災者生活再建支援法による支援金の適用（火災関連での法適用は国内４例目）
・廃棄物処理法による災害等廃棄物処理事業費補助金の適用など。
必要な施策を講じた結果、現時点では「災害関連死ゼロ」とお伺いしました。
高市内閣は、国民の皆様の命と暮らしを守り抜くために、働きます。

With the support of LDP-endorsed candidate Hiroaki Eto, Takaichi expressed his gratitude for the government’s response to the large-scale fires. The Takaichi Cabinet will work to protect the lives and livelihoods of the people. Their community-based approach is incredible.

Today, I visited Oita Prefecture in support of LDP-endorsed candidate Hiroaki Eto (Oita 1st District).

After his speech, I met with Oita Governor Sato.

He expressed his gratitude for the government’s response to the large-scale fire that occurred in Saganoseki, Oita City last year.

Once again, I would like to express my condolences to those affected by the fire in Saganoseki.
On November 27th, shortly after the disaster, Oita Prefecture Governor Sato, along with Oita 2nd District Representative Ken Hirose and Oita 3rd District Representative Takeshi Iwaya, visited the Prime Minister’s Office. They carefully listened to the requests and concerns of the affected people and local governments, which enabled the relevant ministries and agencies to consider and implement appropriate responses.
Specifically, these included:

– Support for disaster victims through measures such as improving living conditions at evacuation centers, including providing meals and other services, and providing medical and welfare services, as outlined in the Disaster Relief Act.

– Application of subsidies under the Disaster Victims Livelihood Reconstruction Support Act (the fourth case in Japan where this law has been applied to a fire-related event).

– Application of disaster waste disposal subsidies under the Waste Management and Public Cleansing Act.

As a result of taking the necessary measures, I have heard that there have currently been zero disaster-related deaths.

The Takaichi Cabinet will work to protect the lives and livelihoods of the Japanese people

我再次向嵯峨關市火災的受害者表示慰問。

11月27日，災後不久，大分縣知事佐藤與大分縣第二區眾議員廣瀨健、大分縣第三區眾議員岩屋武史一同前往首相官邸。他們認真聽取了受災民眾和地方政府的訴求和關切，使相關部門和機構能夠考慮並實施相應的應對措施。

具體措施包括：

– 根據《災害救濟法》的規定，透過改善避難所的生活條件（包括提供膳食和其他服務）、提供醫療和福利服務等措施，為災民提供援助。

– 實施《災害受害者生計重建支援法》規定的補貼（這是日本第四次將此法應用於火災相關事件）。

– 實施《廢棄物管理及公共清潔法》規定的災害廢棄物處理補貼。

據了解，由於採取了必要的措施，目前尚無災害相關死亡事件發生。
