政府は、食料安全保障を確保する観点から、5年間の「農業構造転換集中対策期間」において、総額2.5兆円（国費1.3兆円）の別枠予算を確保することとし、令和7年度補正予算では2,410億円を措置しました。
これにより、農地の大区画化、共同利用施設の再編・集約化、スマート技術の開発と生産方式の転換・実装、輸出産地の育成など農業の構造転換への集中投資を実施することとし、その執行が着実に進んでいます。
例えば、輸出促進策の一環として、食品の安全性を確保するための国際的な衛生管理手法（HACCP）等の認定・認証取得に必要な施設・機器の整備等を支援する「グローバル産地生産流通基盤強化緊急対策」では、既に昨年12月17日から公募を開始し、2月3日（火）が締め切りとなっています。
また、ロボット、AI、IoTなど先端技術を活用したスマート農業技術の現場導入とその効果を高める抜本的な取組等を総合的に支援する「スマート農業・農業支援サービス事業導入総合サポート緊急対策」では、一部メニューについて、昨年12月23日から本年1月16日まで事業者の公募を実施するとともに、残余について、現在、公募・要望調査を実施しているところです。
これらも含め、今後、都道府県や事業者への交付決定を順次進め、需要を創出し供給力を強化することで、稼げる農林水産業を創り出してまいります。
