やはり時代に合わないのか？　と
ちょっと調べてみて　自分なりで勝手ですが
今の規定は、居住と流通の空間に人、車両、道路、景観、災害対応、安全性、経済性、維持のすべて調和した

車道交差点のスピードは運転者の知見が制限です。

何の為に税金を納めているのって事です。
改めて納得しました。
