公開されたが、ちょっと不具合らしい。
Windows 10 October 2018 Update」の割り当てられたネットワークドライブに問題
NASリンクフォルダに接続できなくなったような。

これで接続できるらしい。

自分だけだ無くてほっと！Windows 10でファイルの関連付けにトラブル

実際、それは発生しました。
今なおできない状態。
確かに、”.txt”のNotopad++を設定したが変化なし。
regeditを試みるも、変化なしには驚いた。
ウィルスか？レジロックか、色々探してみてようやく解決。
実は、
「Windows 10 バージョン 1809（October 2018 Update）」向け
「KB4464330」（10月9日公開）
「Windows 10 バージョン 1803（April 2018 Update）」向け
「KB4462933」（10月24日公開）
「KB4462919」（10月9日公開）
が問題だったとは、レジストリセットでもメモ帳のみ
別なアプリのセットは未だにできない。
継承していれば、問題ないが新たに割り当てできない。
