文春がまた高市首相を狙った「釣り記事」を出してきました。事実を歪め、疑惑を“作る”やり方は、どんな立場の政治家に対しても許されるものではない。

高市首相がNHK「日曜討論」出演キャンセルを
2日前から準備していた――という話。
正直に言います。
これは極めて悪質な構図の記事です。
まず、ここをはっきりさせておきます。
私はこの件について、
内部の状況を直接知る立場の人間から話を聞いています。
どこまで「中」かは言えません。
証明もできません。
反証可能性がない点は申し訳ない。
ですが――
この記事の内容は事実ではありません。
少なくとも、
「2日前から計画的にキャンセルを準備していた」
という筋書きは成立しません。
実際に起きていたのは、
当日の朝、急激な体調不良が発生したという一点です。
右手に強い痛みが走り、
何かに触れるだけでも激痛が出る状態。
連絡を受けた関係者が即座に対応し、病院へ。
これはすでに公開情報とも整合しますし、
普通に取材すれば、これ以上でも以下でもない話です。
にもかかわらず文春は、
「官邸関係者が証言」
「代打を打診していた」
――と、“会ったこともない誰か”を関係者に仕立てる。
これ、
以前の「消費税12％デマ」と同じ構図なんですよ。
・断定的な見出し
・有料記事で詳細をぼかす
・反論すると、別のリスクを負わせる構造
特に今回は悪質です。
反論しようとすれば、
国家機密である首相の健康状態を必要以上に晒すことになる。そんなことできるわけないでしょ？
それを分かった上で、
「どうせ詳しくは言えないだろ？」
という前提で殴ってくる。
これはもう、
ジャーナリズムではありません。
言論の皮をかぶった、
政治的妨害行為です。
私は高市首相を神格化したいわけでも、
批判を許さないと言っているわけでもありません。
しかし、
事実を歪め、疑惑を“作る”やり方は、
どんな立場の政治家に対しても許されるものではない。
それでも――
ここまで読んでくださった皆さんなら、
もう分かっていると思います。
この手の「直前スクープ」に、
今さら簡単に釣られる人は少ない。

Despite this, Bunshun continues to claim that
"a person associated with the Prime Minister’s Office testified" and that
"a pinch hitter was being considered,"
making "someone they’ve never met" appear to be involved.
This is the same structure as the previous "12% consumption tax rumor."
– A definitive headline
– A paid article that obscures details
– A structure that makes refuting expose other risks
This time is particularly egregious.
– Any attempt to refute it would mean
unnecessarily exposing the Prime Minister’s health, a state secret. There’s no way they could do that, right?
Knowing this, they attack with the assumption that
"You can’t go into detail anyway, can you?"
This is no longer journalism.
– It’s political obstruction disguised as freedom of speech.
I do not wish to deify Prime Minister Takaichi, nor am I saying that criticism is intolerable.

distorting the facts and "creating" suspicion is unacceptable for politicians of any position.
