P30 liteなどのページには、「本製品はOS（オペレーションシステム）等についての重大な懸念が発生しています。
本製品に関するお問い合わせはメーカーコールセンターまでお問い合わせ下さい」という文言が、Amazonによって表記されている。
Amazon.co.jpで、ファーウェイのスマートフォンやタブレットなどの販売が事実上停止された。
