県管財課は「短期間でスムーズにするのが第一。職員が入ると引っ越し作業に支障をきたす可能性もあり、危険性もあった。委託は必要だった」

本部庁舎が移転した県警では警察官らが自ら電源コードを机に上げたりしたという。
