東京都が性暴力を受けるなどした女性を支援する委託事業で内規に反した委託契約をしていた問題で、都福祉保健局は11日、
内規に違反した契約が昨年度、女性支援事業4件を含めて計13件あったと明らかにした。
都によると、権限が知事にある委託業務契約について、契約額が1千万円を超える場合は、担当局が知事から個別に委任を受ける必要などがあった。
3月の都議会で違反がわかり、昨年度の同局の委託事業を点検したところ、同様の違反が見つかった。
新たに違反が見つかったのは、ひとり親家庭の就業推進事業や花粉症患者の基礎調査の委託契約など。
内規に明記された「業者選定委員会」を開いていない事業もあったという。

支援事業は、本来都民の為にあって、代表などの私的流用の為に行っているものではない。
