忘れないこと, 知っておけば少々安心

あおり運転対策に自動車メーカー各社が取組と海外では

あおり運転と名がついてから、本当に広く知られるようになり、
実態が浮き彫りとなったなーと思う今日この頃。

自動車メーカーも『あおり運転』対策を、行っている
日産は、2019年3月28日に発売した新型軽自動車「デイズ」のオプション機能として、「SOSコール」を設定しました。
SOSコールとは、ボタンひとつでコールセンターと通話できるほか、事故の際にドクターヘリやドクターカーの要請が可能な救急自動通報システムです。

これまで、救急自動通報システムの使い方は、事故時にコールセンターとやり取りをすることで、事故対応や怪我人対応などを速やかにおこなうものでした。
しかし、最近では「あおり運転」などの被害を受けている際にも有効な手段とされています。

スマートフォンでの通報の増加を受けて、ヨーロッパ緊急通報用番号協会（EENA）はGoogleと協力し、
位置情報を自動で送信するシステム｢Advanced Mobile Location（AML）｣の運用を開始。
これは警察などに緊急通報を行なった場合に、ユーザーが何もしなくても自動で位置情報をスマートフォンが送ってくれるというものです。

NUTSHELLでのAML

AML対応のスマートフォンは、緊急電話がかけられたことを認識し、
まだ有効になっていない場合は、電話のGNSSを有効にして発信者の位置情報を収集します。
その後、GNSSを再びオフにする前に、ハンドセットは発信者のいる場所の緊急サービスに自動SMSを送信します。
サービスはWi-Fiを使うこともできます。
AMLはアプリではありません。

Googleは2016年7月に、Gingerbread OSバージョン以降の世界中のすべてのAndroid携帯にAMLが含まれることを発表。
Android Emergency Location Service（ELS）は、
緊急時にモバイルネットワーク事業者、緊急インフラストラクチャプロバイダ、および政府機関がより正確な位置情報を応急対応者に提供。

Appleは、なんと渋っていたようで
IOS 11.0以降のようです。
Google Play 開発者サービスの新機能として既にリリース済みです。
対応機種は Android 2.3 以上を搭載した端末なので、Android の 99% がサポートしていることみたいですね。
