埼玉県川口市立中学でいじめに遭った元男子生徒（16）が
ネット上に誹謗（ひぼう）中傷を書き込んだ投稿者の氏名などの開示を求めた訴訟
東京地裁がプロバイダー3社に情報開示を命令した判決を受け、
元生徒側が開示を求めた4件全てについて、
昨年末までにプロバイダー側から開示された。
元生徒側は今後、投稿者に対し、プライバシーを侵害されたなどとして、刑事告訴や損害賠償を求めて提訴の準備を進める。
ようやく良い方向に向いてきました。
