そもそもグローバル・サプライチェーン
現代の製造業において、特定の国との1対1の関係だけで政策を完結させるのは、
多国籍な供給網である、レアメタルが中国から直接日本に来るだけでなく、「中国で採掘→他国で精錬→日本で加工」という経路や、日本製品がさらに第三国へ輸出される構造があります。
代替市場の存在である日本が買わなくても、中国には他の販売先（グローバル市場）があります。2国間の交渉だけで圧力をかけるには限界があります。
なぜこれも算定に入れないのか不思議です。それは単純です、中国に依存した投資の利確が目的ですよね。本当にゴミ。
すでに、重レアメタルは、80%が中国に依存していません。
要は、この糞、餓鬼理論、”実質GDP 3.2％減”,”失業者216万人”数字は、2国間関係が破綻した際の直接的な指数であってその打撃は、日本だけでは無いのです。
高市政権は、高くても自国や同盟国から確保するための政府支援（予算成立）の継続、供給途絶に備えた備蓄の放出や緊急輸入ルートの確保を官僚組織が動かせる体制、調達先を分散させる多角的な政策。
で政策で運用されている事をなぜ、金融関係者や中国、在日韓国人の手下とする日本のオールドメディア（テレビ関係図参考）言わないのか不思議ですよね。

既知資源さえ無視しているってどういう事でしょうかね？
現状で言うと、海外調達：多角化のチャイナ・プラスワンは、2010年当時の約90%から、現在は約60%程度まで低下しています。
国内調達では、自前で資源を持つためのプロジェクトが本格化、政府の支援で拠点を増やしています。
調達ルートを増やすのと並行して、レアメタルの使用量そのものを減らす取り組みです。
