女子中学生に性的暴行をしたとして埼玉県警川口署に逮捕されたトルコ国籍で自称解体工の男（２０）が、難民認定申請中で仮放免中だったことが８日、同署の調べで分かった。
男はトルコ生まれ日本育ちの在日クルド人で、事実上の「移民２世」という。
調べによると、男は１月１３日午後１０時半ごろ、川口市内のコンビニ駐車場に止めた乗用車内で、東京都内の１０代の女子生徒に性的暴行をしたとして７日、不同意性交の容疑で逮捕された。
同署によると、男は先に来日していた父親を頼って幼少期に来日し、地元の小中学校に通っていた。
卒業後は家業の解体業を手伝っていたと供述している。男は父親とともに難民認定申請中で、入管施設への収容を一時的に解かれた仮放免中だった。
自宅はさいたま市内だが、川口市北部の隣接地域だった。
男は「日本人女性と遊んだが暴行はしていません」と容疑を否認。
同署はトルコ語の通訳を介しながら調べを進めている。
川口市内では近年、一部クルド人と地域住民との軋轢が表面化。「２世」とみられる若者らによる車の暴走行為やあおり運転も問題となっている。

The man is a Kurdish resident of Japan born in Turkey and raised in Japan, effectively a "second-generation immigrant."
According to the investigation, the man was arrested on January 7th on suspicion of non-consensual sexual intercourse after sexually assaulting a teenage girl from Tokyo in a car parked in a convenience store parking lot in Kawaguchi City around 10:30 PM on January 13th.
According to the police station, the man came to Japan as a child to rely on his father, who had arrived earlier, and attended local elementary and junior high school.
He confessed that after graduating, he helped out with the family’s demolition business. The man and his father were in the process of applying for refugee status, and were on provisional release after being temporarily released from immigration detention.
His home is in Saitama City, but in a neighboring area in the northern part of Kawaguchi City.
The man denies the charges, saying, "I was hanging out with a Japanese woman, but I did not assault her."
The police station is continuing its investigation with the help of a Turkish interpreter.
In Kawaguchi City, friction between some Kurdish people and local residents has come to the surface in recent years. Reckless driving and tailgating by young people believed to be "second-generation" Kurds have also become a problem

8日，川口警察署的調查顯示，一名20歲的土耳其男子，自稱拆除工人，在申請難民身分期間，因涉嫌性侵一名國中女生而被埼玉縣警察署川口警察署逮捕。
該男子是居住在日本的庫德人，出生於土耳其，在日本長大，實際上是「第二代移民」。
據調查，該名男子於1月7日因涉嫌非自願性行為被捕。此前，他於1月13日晚上10點30分左右，在川口市一家便利商店停車場內，在一輛車中性侵了一名來自東京的少女。
據警方稱，該男子幼年隨先於父親來到日本，並在當地就讀小學和初中。
他承認畢業後曾幫助家裡打理拆除生意。該男子及其父親正在申請難民身份，此前曾被暫時釋放出移民拘留所，目前處於臨時釋放狀態。
他的住所位於埼玉市，但具體位置在川口市北部鄰近地區。
該男子否認指控，並表示：“我只是和一位日本女性在一起，但我沒有襲擊她。”
