会社に約１４３０万円の損害賠償を求めて京都地裁に提訴した。
男児の母親が１００円ショップでおばけの柄のシールを買い、ハロウィーンパーティーに出かける前に貼ってあげた。
２日後、シールをはがすとやけどのような痕が残り、皮膚科で蛍光塗料を使ったシールによる「接触皮膚炎」と診断された。

タトゥ－シールの除去方法
絵柄にガムテープやセロハンテープをのせて絵柄を転移させて取り除くことが出来ます。
コットン等にベビーオイルを含ませ、絵柄の上に馴染ませ20秒程経ってから絵柄をこすると、
少しずつ取り除くことが出来ます。
（※拭き取る際、肌を傷つける可能性がありますので、あまり強くこすらないよう御注意下さい。）
