机の配置後、床の電源コード約１５００本をそれぞれの机に上げる作業や、電話コードを机上の電話機約２８００台に接続する作業を追加で発注し、その費用が約８３０万だった。
この作業には２３日間で業者延べ３６４人が携わった。
同事務局は「約８３０万円の積算根拠が不明確」としている。
