韓国大統領は首席補佐官会議を開き、
「痛みのある歴史を乗り越えてきた両国の国民に大きな傷を与えた」と述べ、
日本政府が輸出手続きの優遇国から韓国を除外したことについて、
歴史問題に絡め改めて批判した。
「日本は決して韓国経済の跳躍を防ぐことはできない」と述べ、国民に団結を訴えた。
